Many events can happen in a person’s life and it may mean you or a loved one needs an extra pair of hands at home. We can respond quickly by providing an understanding and caring support worker. For most people, staying independent and at home with support from carers is preferable to moving into residential care. Because we are so flexible, the type and frequency of visits are tailored to each individual, and those arrangements can be easily altered to meet changing needs.
The first step to setting up a successful home care support is a visit to the person’s home. Our visit allows us to introduce ourselves and answer all your questions. This initial home visit helps us get to know your relation, to find out about personal preferences, interests and lifestyle as well as any health related requirements. We will gather this information to get a realistic idea of the level of care that is required & conduct a care and risk assessment for you. Following our visit a detailed plan of care will be drawn up covering all eventualities and a fully costed care package will be offered. We are happy to talk to you, the rest of the family or other care or health professionals as required; but ultimately our services are designed around you, your needs, wishes and expectations.

Other Homecare Services
No two people are the same so that means Support Me at Home offers a variety of services to meet service user’s different needs. Some people may require help with washing and dressing, some may not, but whatever support you need at home you can rely on Support Me at Home to provide the care and service you require.
Additional Services:- We also provide additional services as and when required. For example we do a pop-in service to change Catheter Leg Bags. So if there is a service that you require that is not listed on this page then just give us a call. We are more than happy to provide any service that helps you or a loved one remain independent and at home.
